Initial Inquiry

Contact our admissions office via phone, email, or WhatsApp to inquire about availability and schedule a school tour.

School Tour & Assessment

Visit our campus for a guided tour. For Grade 1 and above, your child will undergo a simple assessment for appropriate placement.

Application Submission

Complete the application form and submit required documents (birth certificate, previous reports, photos).

Interview & Acceptance

Attend an interview with parents/guardians. Receive admission letter upon acceptance.

Enrollment & Orientation

Complete fee payment, purchase uniforms/books, and attend new student orientation before term begins.

Admission Requirements

Documents needed for each level of admission

Pre-Primary (PP1 & PP2)

  • Child must be 4 years old for PP1, 5 years for PP2
  • Original birth certificate and 2 copies
  • Immunization card (fully vaccinated)
  • 4 recent passport-sized photos
  • Medical report from registered doctor
  • Previous school report (if transferring)

Primary (Grades 1-6)

  • Age-appropriate for grade level (MoE guidelines)
  • Original birth certificate and 2 copies
  • Previous school reports (last 2 years)
  • Transfer/leaving certificate from previous school
  • 4 recent passport-sized photos
  • Completed application form
  • Assessment test (Grades 1-6)

Junior Secondary (Grades 7-9)

  • KCPE results slip or equivalent
  • Original birth certificate and 2 copies
  • Primary school leaving certificate
  • Report forms from Class 5, 6, 7, 8
  • 4 recent passport-sized photos
  • Completed application form
  • Mathematics & English assessment
  • Parent/student interview

We recommend applying at least 3 months before the term begins. However, we accept applications throughout the year subject to availability.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes, we offer merit-based scholarships and need-based bursaries. Contact our admissions office for eligibility criteria.

Can my child join mid-term?

Yes, mid-term admissions are accepted based on availability. The child will undergo assessment and receive orientation support.

What is the teacher-student ratio?

We maintain a maximum ratio of 1:25 in all classes, with smaller ratios in lower grades (1:20 in Pre-Primary).

Do you provide transport?

Yes, we have school buses serving major routes in Nairobi. Transport fees are additional and depend on the route.

Are meals provided?

We provide healthy breakfast and lunch. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice.
